Location: Hybrid (Pune, India)
Time: 2.00PM to 11.30PM
Sr. Software Engineer (.Net Core| C# .Net ) (7-8 years)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 support for applications built using C#.NET and .NET Core.
• Monitor and troubleshoot RESTful Webservices and APIs.
• Perform database support tasks including query optimization and data integrity checks in MS SQL Server.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to Azure Service Bus queues and topics.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and deploy fixes.
• Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure application uptime, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring.
• Proven ability to provide guidance to junior developers and improve code/Process quality through reviews
Required Skills
• 7-8 years of experience in application support or development using C#.NET and .NET Core, ASP.Net, MS SQL, Webservice development/support work
• Strong understanding of Webservice architecture and API troubleshooting.
• Experience with MS SQL Server including writing and debugging SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus and cloud-based messaging systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in SSIS
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Cherwell or ServiceNow and monitoring tool like control-M
• Understanding of Agile development, Kanban board concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Technical Skills
• Primary: C#.NET and .NET Core, Azure SQL
• Secondary: SSIS, Azure services, Devops, Webservices/ API
Good to have: ITSM tool
