Role Expectations
Must Have
● Experience working with PHP frameworks like Laravel / Codeigniter
● Managing APIs such as REST
● Knowledge of Linux commands to setup web application
● In depth knowledge of PHP and Laravel 5 and above/ Codeigniter PHP Framework
● A solid understanding of application design using PHP Frameworks
● Practical experience using the MVC architecture.
● Experience in Memcache/Redis and Caching
● Proficient in GIT
● Must have experience in MongoDB and MySQL
Good to Have
● Should have experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
● Proficiency in HTML and jQuery
● Problem-solving skills and critical mindset
● Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with
technical and process issues
● Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
● Experience in creating CI/CD pipelines
● Experience in AWS Server eg. EC2, S3, Cloudfront, Route 53 etc.
● Experience in React Js is a plus
Extra Skill Set
● Experience in API design, TDD, and best practices
● Knowledge in Agile process and should have been part of agile teams
● Knowledge in deployment using Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes and how
containerized applications work is a plus
● Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
● Actively participate in the overall application lifecycle
● Collaborate with app developers
● Build a high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future
● Learn about new technologies and stay up to date with current best practices
● Ensuring that integrations run smoothly
● Scaling projects based on client feedback
